We will trek along the path ascending through the beautiful forests and the small settlement of this region. This is one of the easy climbing peaks that do not require mountaineering climbing experience. This peak climbing begins from Syabrubesi after 7 hrs drive from Kathmandu valley. The trail route offers spectacular natural scenery, incredible landscapes along with the profusion of alpine wild species like snow leopard and red panda. The destination of this peak climbing is for those wanting easy peak climbing or is without any previous climbing experience. During the time of trekking, we have a great chance to see the wonderful views of the mountain which includes Langtang Lirung, Gang Chhenpo, Naya Kangri, Yala Peak, and many other popular mountains of this route. We will enter the Langtang national park which is known for the home of many rare birds, animals, flora, and fauna. For the trekking, the perfect time also needed and the perfect season for trekking March to May and September to November.

Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

When you will land in the international airport in Kathmandu then there will one person from our company to take-off you. You will directly drive towards the hotel to check out. At night you will meet your guide and counsel about the trip. And have our dinner.       

Day 02: Drive to Syabrubesi (1,550m) 7 hours

Upon morning breakfast, we will slowly drive towards Syabrubesi. On the route, we have an opportunity to see the wonderful views of the mountain, and the lush forest of rhododendron. Before reaching Syabrubesi, we can get an opportunity to explore around the Chilime Hydropower winch is under the hills and spend one night in this wonderful Sherpa land.

Day 03: Trekking to Lama Hotel (2,380m) 6 hours

Today is the first-day walking trekking in the Langtang region where we walk from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel. The suspension bridges the trails gradually ascend up to bamboo passing by the landslide. We have our lunch on the way then after slowly move towards Lama Hotel where we will spend one night.

Day 04: Trekking to Langtang village (3,430m) 6-7 hours

The day starts with a gentle climb. We will pass through the lush forest of rhododendron, oak, and we will have an opportunity to see the animals like Langur, red panda, and Himalayan black bears etch before reaching Langtang Village where we will spend one night.

Day 05: Trekking to Kyanjin Gompa (3,870m) 3- 4 hours

The trail winds through the village and climbs ridge topped by a large Chorten and then climbs gradually past an impressive Mani wall. After 4 to 5 hours walking we will reach our destination and first of all will check out the hotel and explore all around the valley and spend overnight.

Day 06: Rest day in Kyanjin Gompa

This day is for the rest day that’s why we don’t start our trekking. Early in the morning after wake up, we will have our breakfast then after we will explore all around the Kyangjin Gompa. At this day, we will explore villages and get an opportunity to spend some time in the monastery which feels better and mental makeup for further trekking or journey.

Day 07: Trekking to Yala Base Camp (4600m) 5-6 hours

This is the short training day for the climb for the climb to the summit the next day. From the base camp, we can see the wonderful views of the mountain and beautiful landscapes. We will have our lunch on the way and slowly move towards Yala Base Camp where we will spend one night.

Day 08: Summit Yala Peak (5500m) and to Yala Peak Base Camp 8-9 hrs

In the early morning, we will slowly start our trekking towards summiting Yala Peak. We will have a wonderful view of the mountain which includes Langtang Lirung and many other Tibetan mountains also. After completing summiting Yala Peak, we will back to Yala Base Camp where we will spend one night.

Day 09: Trekking to Langtang village 7-8 hours

The trail back following the Langtang Khola to Langtang village. We will have a wonderful view of the mountain and the beautiful landscapes. On the route, we will have our lunch on the way and taking some rest and slowly move towards Langtang Village where we will spend one night.

Day 10: Trekking to Thulo Syabru 5-6 hours

The trail mostly downhill through the lush green vegetations and the trail will mostly involve descending. This is the last day trekking in this route. We will have our lunch on the way then after taking some rest and slowly move towards Thulo Syabru and spend one night in this village.

Day 11: Trekking to Gosainkunda 7-8 hours

The trail follows steeply ascents path passing through Dursagang along with the views of Langtang Himal. The slope is the sanctuary for the red panda and providing magnificent views of the mountain and landscapes.

Day 12: Trekking to Tharapati (3600m) 7-8 hours

The trail steadily rises through the prickly-leaved with the wonderful views of the mountains and the beautiful valley. A steep trail mostly through fir and rhododendron forest where there is no permanent settlement. We will have our lunch on the way then after slowly move towards Tharapati where we will spend one night.

Day 13: Trekking to Timbu 6-7 hours

The trek passing through the dense alpine forest and you will have enough chances to enjoy the beautiful Langtang massif and Ganesh Himal. After 6 hours walking we will reach our destination and first of all will check out the hotel and explore all around the valley and spend overnight.

Day 14: Drive to Kathmandu

We will back to Kathmandu valley from the same route where we move towards Timbu. At the time of this drive, we will have our lunch on the way and slowly drive to Kathmandu valley. After reach in Kathmandu valley, first of all, we will check out the hotel and spend some time around the Thamel Bazaar and spend one night in this wonderful valley.

Day 15: Final departure
