Larke Peak Climbing is the newly opened peak climbing in the area of Nepal. The journey is rewarded us with the pristine natural beauty with the combination of rich culture and diverse biological diversity. The small one can be climbed in a long day from the base camp whether the Thulo Larka requires setting the high camp. Peak climbing is a challenging climb involving as well as tiptoeing on a knife-edge ridge. The landscapes are equally charming of the rice field, waterfalls, and alpine glacial range. Climbing at this peak is without a doubt one of the world’s most wonderful destinations which are perfect for the nature lover. This is one of the most underrated trek routes in the country. This trail also leads you through unfamiliar regions, where you are face-to-face with the people. The upper reaches of the trails resemble towering polished granite cliffs capped by hanging glacier and overflowing with waterfalls.

Larke Peak Climbing is one of the finest tourist destinations of Nepal for the eco-tourism which begin from Arughta after 8 to 9 hrs drive from Kathmandu valley. We will also cross many green lush forests with the views of the high mountains on our way. At the time of this peak climbing, we will pass through some of the most stunning scenery in the world. We should be facilitated with well-experienced trekkers to make our journey safe and joyful. The problem is that every route that has been climbed on this peak climbing is difficult and requires advanced technical expertise. It is climbed less as non-commercial trekking peak expedition. This peak climbing offers unique Tamang and Sherpa culture to expose and experiences with it and mostly Tamang and Sherpa people are found in this area and the people are influenced by Tibetan Buddhism. It offers one of the majestic views of Mt Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Mt Himalchuli, and many other mountains of this route. For the trekking, the perfect time also needed and the perfect season for trekking March to May and September to November.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

When you land at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu there will be a representative from our company to meet you. You will directly drive to the hotel to check in. At night you will meet your guide, hear additional information about the trip, and have dinner.

Day 02: Drive to SotiKhola

The very next morning, if the hotel is able to prepare breakfast then will have our breakfast in the hotel and if not we will have our breakfast on the way. We will enjoy shortstops for lunch and scenic beauty all the way around. 8 to 9 hours drive from Kathmandu valley, we will reach Sotikhola and we will check out the hotel and explore all around the valley and back to the hotel and spend overnight.

Day 03: Trek to Dovan 6 – 7 Hrs

We embark on the first day of trekking journey today. We will pass towards the lush forest of rhododendron, beautiful mountain views, and small villages. We will have our lunch on the way then after move towards Dovan where we will spend one night.

Day 04: Trek to Philim 5 – 6 Hrs

The trail gradually goes upwards and the valleys slowly widen as the trails reach Ghatta Khola. We will pass through the lush forest of rhododendron, beautiful landscapes, and suspension bridges before reaching Philim where we will spend one night.

Day 05: Trek to Deng 5 – 6 Hrs

The trail continues through Deng where there are well-paved villages. We will cross various Mani walls. We will have an opportunity to see the wonderful views of the mountain and beautiful landscapes, have our lunch on the way and move towards Deng where we will spend one night.

Day 06: Trek to Lho 5 – 6 Hrs

On this day, we will continue our trek towards the colorful vegetation and fantastic scenery of the glacier. On the route, we will have our lunch and slowly move towards Lho where we will spend one night.

Day 07: Trek to Samagau 5 – 6 Hrs

Today we will enter the most beautiful village on the entire trip. The trail drops and crosses the side valley of Simnang Himal with Ganesh Himal always close by. We will have an opportunity to see the wonderful views of the mountain and have our lunch on the way then after slowly move towards Samagau where we will spend one night.

Day 08: Rest day in Samagau

This day is for rest. Early in the morning after wake up, we will have our breakfast and then after we will explore Samagau. We will have an opportunity to spend some time in the lands which will improve our physical and mental makeup for further trekking.

Day 09: Trek to Samdo 4-5 hours

The day starts with a gentle climb. We will pass through the lush forest of rhododendron, oak, and have an opportunity to see the animals like Langur, red panda, and Himalayan black bears before reaching Samdo where we will spend one night.

Day 10: Trek to Dharmasala 3-4 hours

The trail winds through the village and climbs ridge topped by a large Chorten and then climbs gradually past an impressive Mani wall. After 5 hours walking we will reach our destination, check into the hotel, explore all around the valley, and spend one overnight.

Day 11: Trek to Larke Base Camp 3-4 hours

We get ready for the trek of the day that takes us to Larke Base Camp today. Today we have an opportunity to see wonderful views of the mountains and beautiful landscapes. We will have our lunch on the way then after slowly move towards Larke Base Camp where we will spend one night.

Day 12: Climb High Camp 4-5 hours

Leaving Larke Base Camp, the trail climbs the steep ridge that affords good views of the High Camp. The trail guarantees excellent views of the beautiful landscapes and the mighty mountain. We will have our lunch on the way and then we will slowly move towards High Camp where we will spend one night.

Day 13: Summit Larke Peak and Back to Base Camp

In the early morning, we will start our trekking because today we will summit Larke Peak. The moments we spend at the top become special with some clicks of photos and, of course, with the spectacular view. After completing Larke Peak, we will head back towards Base Camp where we will spend one night in this wonderful land.

Day 14: Trek to Bimthang 4-5 hours

The path makes a final steep ascent to the pass and then the trail descends steeply and enters Bimthang. We will have an opportunity to explore the beautiful valley of the route. We will pass through the lush forest, a beautiful valley, and get an opportunity to see the wonderful views of the mountain.

Day 15: Trek to Gowa 4-5 hours

The trail which leads us along the level path through a glacial valley which heads due north and there is no trail as such. We will have an opportunity to see the wonderful views of the mountain and beautiful landscapes. On the route, we will have our lunch on the way then after slowly move towards Gowa where we will spend one night.

Day 16: Trek to Tal 5-6 hours

After having a hot breakfast, we will move towards Tal. At the time of trekking, we will cross many suspension bridges and beautiful landscapes. We will have our lunch on the way and then move towards Tal where we will spend one night.

Day 17: Drive to Kathmandu 7-9 hours

We will back to Kathmandu valley from the same route where we move towards Tal. We will have our lunch on the way. After reaching Kathmandu, we will check into the hotel, spend some time around the Thamel Bazaar, and spend one night in this wonderful valley.

Day 18: Final Departure

We will drop you off at Tribhuvan International Airport with the hope that you have had a wonderful time in our small country. We will also be hoping that this will not the last chance to serve you.
