Annapurna Circuit Trek

Annapurna Circuit Trek is also known as the classical Himalayan trek within the area of Nepal which is located in the northwest of Nepal and lies in the Annapurna region. This circuit trek is one of the most popular treks in the world and it passes through many Himalayan villages through both Marsyangdi valley and Kali Gandaki valley. Because of cultural verities, mesmerizing landscapes, snow-capped high mountains, and different types of flora and fauna. Detail Itinerary

Day 01:  Arrival in Kathmandu

When you will land in the international airport in Kathmandu.  there will be one person from our company to pick you up. You will be taken directly to your hotel to check in. At night you will meet your guide and review your  trip and have dinner.      

Day 02: Drive to Jagat (1,300m) 6 – 7 hours

The very next morning, if the hotel is able to prepare breakfast then you will have  breakfast in the hotel and if not we will have our breakfast on the way. We will have a scenic drive on Prithvi highway where we will enjoy short stops for lunch and to enjoy scenic beauty . it is a 8 hour drive from Kathmandu valley, we will reach Khudi and we will check into the hotel and then explore all around the valley.

Day 03: Trekking to Dharapani (1,960m) 7-8 hours

It takes almost 7 to 8 hours to reach Dharapani from Jagat. The trail from  Jagat descends until it reaches the river and then continues through the lush forest. We will spend one night in Dharapani.

Day 04: Trekking to Chame (2,710m) 5 – 6 hours

We will walk through a few forested ridges on our way to Chame. This place is also known as the headquarters of the Manang District. We will have our lunch on the way then after we will slowly move towards Chame where we will spend one night.

Day 05: Trekking to Pisang (3,300m) 5 – 6 hours

The trails follow a steep and narrow river village winding through deep woodland. Continue walking on this route, you come to a long Mani (Prayers) Wall  by a bridge and the lower village of Pisang.

Day 06: Trekking to Manang 6 – 7 hours

Leaving Pisang, the trail climbs the steep ridge that affords good views of the Manang valley. The trail guarantees excellent views of the beautyfu landscapes and the mighty mountain.

Day 07: Rest day in Manang

This day is for the rest day that’s why we don’t start our trekking. Early in the morning after wake up, we will have our breakfast then after we will explore all around the Manang valley. At this day, we will explore villages and get an opportunity to spend some time in the monastery which prepares you mentally and physically  for further trekking on journey.

Day 08: Trekking to Yak Kharka (4,110m) 3 – 4 hours

From Manang village, the trail follows to the trail towards Yak Kharka where we have to cross a stream,  then climb to the village of Tenki and continue to climb out of the Marshyangdhi valley turning northwest up the valley of Jarsang Khola.

Day 09: Trekking to Thorong Phedi (4,600m) 3 – 4 hours

Today we will make our way to the foot of the pass of Thorong Phedi. A short ascent up the mountain path on the river bank we will than follow a narrow trail across an unstable screed slope and then we will reach Thorong Phedi. We will cross many suspension bridges before reaching Thorong Phedi where we will spend one night.

Day 10: Trekking to Muktinath (3,800m) 7 – 8 hours

This day we will have an opportunity to see the incredible, magnificent views of the mountain while climbing or crossing the pass. It takes almost 7 to 8 hours to reach Muktinath where we will spend one night.

Day 11: Trekking to Marpha (2,670m) 4 – 5 hours

The trail today is quite beautiful as we trek along a plateau above the Kali Gandaki River which is also known as the worlds deepest gorge. We will have our lunch on the way then after we will slowly move towards Marpha where we will spend one night.

Day 12: Trekking to Kalopani (2,530 m) 5 – 6 hours

The vegetation is sparser, allowing magical views of the mountain and beautiful landscapes. We will have our lunch on the way then after taking some rest and than slowly move towards Kalopani where we will spend one night in this beautiful land.

Day 13: Trekking to Tatopani (1,200m) 6 – 7 hours

Beyond a pasture used by pony caravans .the trail reaches a small village Dana and we will have our lunch in this beautiful place, then slowly move towards Tatopani. We will cross many suspension bridges before reaching Tatopani and spend one night in this wonderful land.

Day 14: Trekking to Ghorepani (2,850m) 7 – 8 hours

While doing this day trek, we will have an opportunity to see the wonderful views of the Annapurna Range and beautiful villages. We will cross many suspension bridges before reaching Ghorepani where we will spend one night in this wonderful land.

Day 15: Ghorepani to Poon Hill to Tadapani (2,700m) 6 – 7 hours

In the early morning around 5 o clock, we will start our trekking towards Poon Hill where we will have an opportunity to see the wonderful views of the sunrise . We will have a wonderful view of the Mountain View also. After Mountain View ,  we will go back to the hotel and have our breakfast and slowly move towards Tadapani where we will spend one night.

Day 16:  Trekking to Pokhara (827m) 5 – 6 hours

Today is the last day of walking in this wonderful journey where we will walk from Tadapani to Naya Pul. We will have our lunch in Naya Pul and from the Naya Pul .we will drive towards jeep Pokhara city where we will spend one night.

Day 17: Drive to Kathmandu

We will back to Kathmandu valley from the same route where we move towards Pokhara valley. At the time of this drive, we will have our lunch on the way and slowly drive to Kathmandu valley. After reach in Kathmandu valley, first of all, we will check out the hotel and spend some time around the Thamel Bazaar and spend one night in this wonderful valley.

Day 18: Final departure
