Ama Dablam Expedition is one of the world’s most impressive peaks to climb. The trek and expedition’s crew and the highly qualified and trained personnel with a good decade long experience of climbing and trekking in the Himalayas of Nepal. For this peak climbing, most mountains can be climbed by first-timer with good health and basic climbing skill while some peaks which require technical climbing skills and only professional climbers should climb them.

Ama Dablam Expedition is one of the most challenging peaks climbing in the Everest region which is located in the eastern part of Nepal. The trek and expeditions crew are highly qualified and trained person with a good decade long experience of climbing and trekking in the Himalayas of Nepal. We will have an opportunity to know about the lifestyle, culture, and traditions of the Sherpa people who are the local inhabited of this wonderful land. During the time of the trekking, we will have wonderful views of the mountain which includes Mt Everest, Mt Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and many other mountains of this route. We will have a chance to explore or to enter Sagarmatha national park which is the home of many rare birds, animals, flora, and fauna. The scenery is simply breathtaking with the paradise of glistening peaks, stunning glacier around, ancient and ornate monasteries. This peak climbing is the most renowned of all the trekking routes all around the globe. While doing this peak climbing in this route, we will have an opportunity to see old monastery on the way. For the trekking, the perfect time also needed and the perfect season for trekking March to May and September to December.

Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

When you will land in the international airport in Kathmandu.  there will be one person from our company to pick you up. You will be taken directly to your hotel to check in. At night you will meet your guide and review your  trip and have dinner.      

Day 02: Fly to Lukla and walking to Phakding (2,652m) 3-4 hours

Having breakfast in the hotel, we will slowly drive towards the airport to a scenic fly towards Lukla which is also known as the gateway of the Everest region. From Lukla, we will start our trekking on foot. We will slowly walk towards Phakding where we will spend one night.

Day 03: Trekking to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) 5-6 hours

The trail follows ascending through Himalayan pine and cedar forests. We will have an opportunity to see the wonderful views of the mountain which is one of the highest mountains in the world Mt Everest. On the route, we will have our lunch and slowly move towards Namche Bazaar where we will spend one night.

Day 04: Rest day in Namche Bazaar

This day is for the rest day that’s why we don’t start our trekking. Early in the morning after wake up, we will have our breakfast then after we will explore all around the Namche Bazaar. At this day, we will explore villages and get an opportunity to spend some time in the monastery which feels better and mental makeup for further trekking or journey.   

Day 05: Trekking to Dingbuche

Our trail descends and passes through the lush forest of birch. On the route, we will have an opportunity to see the wonderful views of the mountain, and beautiful landscape. We will cross many suspension bridges before reaching Dingboche where we will spend one night.

Day 06: Trekking to Pheriche (4,300m) 5-6 hours

We descend further down following a prominent ridgeline. The trail passes through pine, oak, and rhododendron forest. We will also pass through many suspension bridges before reaching Pheriche where we will spend one night.

Day 07: Rest day in Pheriche

This day is for the rest day that’s why we don’t start our trekking. Early in the morning after wake up, we will have our breakfast then after we will explore all around Pheriche. At this day, we will explore villages and get an opportunity to spend some time in the monastery which feels better and mental makeup for further trekking or journey.

Day 08: Trekking to Ama Dablam Base Camp (4570m) 5-6 hours

The trail walks through the boulder-strewn on a steep trail to reach Ama Dablam Base Camp. From the trail, we will have an opportunity to see wonderful views of the mountain which includes Mt Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu. On the way, we will have our lunch and slowly move towards Ama Dablam Base Camp where we will spend one night.

Day 09:  Rest day in Ama Dablam Base Camp

This day is for the rest day that’s why we don’t start our trekking. Early in the morning after wake up, we will have our breakfast then after we will explore all around Ama Dablam Base Camp. At this day, we will explore villages and get an opportunity to spend some time in the lands which feel better and mental makeup for further trekking or journey.

Day 10-25: Ascending and Descending of Ama Dablam (6856m)

At this time period, we will complete to summiting Ama Dablam. At this time we will have a wonderful time in Nepal. We will have a wonderful view of the mountain and beautiful Landscapes. We will complete this peak climbing by camp place to place.

Day 26-27: Trek to Lukla

In this time period, we will back towards Lukla. We will pass through the beautiful forest of rhododendron, and beautiful villages on this day trekking. We get an opportunity to explore or to see one of the oldest monasteries of this day trekking. We will also pass through many suspension bridges before reaching Lukla where we will spend one night.

Day 28: Fly to Kathmandu

In the morning, if the hotel is able to make breakfast then we will have our breakfast and slowly move towards the local airport of Lukla to fly towards Kathmandu valley. Upon reach in Kathmandu valley, first of all, we will check out the hotel and spend some time around the Thamel Bazaar and spend one night in this wonderful valley.

Day 29: Final Departure
