Langtang Region Trekking
Located north of Kathmandu and bordering Tibet, the Langtang Region Trekking is the closest trekking destination from the Kathmandu Valley. It combines the remote and spectacular valley of Langtang, with its high mountain lakes at Gosainkund, and the beautiful Helambu valley. Trekking to this region offers an opportunity to explore ethnic villages, old monasteries, a small peak, and a glacier at comfortably low elevations.
